Who we are

KIKSU is a brand of Victor Santolaya Marin. You can contact us at support@kiksuaudio.com.

Purchases and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns.

License

When you buy KIKSU MIDI you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 2 computers at a time. You can manage your activated computers in KIKSU FACTORY.

What you can do with the MIDI

The MIDI patterns you generate are yours: you can use them in your songs and release or sell them royalty-free.

What you can't do

You may not copy, resell, share, rent or distribute the software or your license, or try to bypass the activation system, decompile or modify it.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are charged when you subscribe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in the email you get with every payment; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime license

The lifetime license is a one-time payment and never expires. It includes KIKSU MIDI updates for as long as the product is on sale.

Activation

KIKSU MIDI is activated with KIKSU FACTORY and needs an internet connection to activate. With a subscription, the plugin works for up to 14 days offline; after that you need to connect to renew the license.

Refunds

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund. See the refund policy.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll announce it on this page before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
