14-day guarantee

If KIKSU MIDI isn't for you, you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email us at support@kiksuaudio.com with the email you used to buy, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also request it directly from Paddle at paddle.net.

Renewals

If a subscription renews and you didn't want it to, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that renewal.

What happens next

Once refunded, the license is no longer active and the plugin locks on your computers. The money goes back to the same payment method; timing depends on your bank.
