Data we process

Your email, to create your account, send you the sign-in code and link your licenses. Your license details (product, plan and dates). For each computer you activate: an encrypted computer identifier and its name, to limit the number of activations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We never receive or store your card details. Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Only to provide the service: give you access to your account, activate your licenses and answer your questions. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Performance of the license agreement you accept when you buy or create your account.

Providers

Cloudflare (website and license server hosting), Resend (sign-in code emails), Google Fonts (website typefaces) and Paddle (payments). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. Paddle's checkout may use the cookies needed to complete your purchase.

Plugin and AI

KIKSU MIDI and its AI run on your computer. What you type is not sent online.

How long

While you have an account or active licenses and, after that, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data by emailing support@kiksuaudio.com. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
